Bar families (ATG and XTG) build the light from a row of independent modules: sections can be aimed separately, one module can be swapped without touching the rest, and lengths follow the space - the range runs from the 25 W TL-11XTG up to the 300 W four-head bars. Fixed-matrix families (QTG, PTG, OTG) pour one continuous pool with no seams and no hotspots between lenses. The ZY modular panels sit between the two: independent modules under a sealed one-piece face, so the pool still reads seamless while a single section stays serviceable. Choose bars where the layout may change or access is hard; choose matrix where the priority is one calm, uniform field of light.
What wattage do I need, and how far does the light reach?
Wattage sets the throw, the lens sets the spread. As a working scale: 9-18 W accents cover a doorway or charging bay at close range; 48-120 W panels light bays and courtyards from a storey or two up; 150-300 W bars reach across long approaches and wide fronts - the 200 W four-head TL-22ATG6403 and the 200 W square TL-24XTG-200W are the heavy end of the bar and shell lines, and the 200-400 W ZY-2097 carries the throw further where the mounting point is high. Match the model to mounting height and distance before fixing wattage.
Do you offer color-changing versions?
Yes - most families offer RGBW four-in-one versions, and every RGBW model also runs in plain single-colour white, so the fitting stays useful when the colour scenes are off. In architectural work the role of colour stays restrained: subtle accents rather than spectacle. The bar family’s RGBW line starts at the 25 W TL-11XTG and steps through TL-14XTG-100W; if your project specifies DMX control, ask for the RGBW datasheet and we will confirm the protocol details.
How is glare controlled on a flood light?
Three structures do the work: anti-glare columns on the bar models cut side spill, optional grilles and hoods shield the source where the fitting sits near eye paths, and the geared tilt bracket aims the beam at the task instead of at passers-by. The goal is that people see the lit surface, never the lamp.
Can a failed module be replaced?
Yes, on every modular family. The ATG and XTG bars - twelve models from the 75 W TL-13XTG through the 150 W TL-23XTG-150W - are built from independent modules, so one module is swapped without dismantling the bar. The ZY modular panels work the same way, and for installations already in service we supply bare replacement modules: the 50-250 W ZY-291 section and the 25-50 W ZY-609 board are ordered as spares, not as fittings. The fixed-matrix families (QTG, PTG, OTG) and the one-piece COB heads are sealed designs - there is nothing inside to re-aim or swap, which is what keeps their light pool seamless.
What IP and impact ratings does the range carry?
The outdoor range runs IP65 - dust-tight and jet-proof - with IP66 on the sealed matrix panels, including the models mounted under soffits and canopies. Housings are die-cast aluminium with toughened glass; the exact impact rating is stated on each product page, so check it against the mounting location before ordering.
How do the models mount, and what about wind load?
Every model mounts on an adjustable bracket - SUS304 with geared tilt on the ATG bars - so the aiming angle can be set and re-set on site. The 39 mm slim-panel family (PTG, from the 24 W TL-PTG2401 up) was drawn low specifically to cut wind load on tall walls and signs, and mounts directly to a wall or sign face.
